Delete your account
Brain Gym users can permanently delete their account in the app or request deletion here.
Delete in the app
Open Brain Gym, go to Profile, sign in, and select Delete account. After you verify your sign-in, deletion is completed in the app.
Request deletion without the app
Send the request from the email address connected to your Brain Gym account. Include the display name shown in the app so the account can be verified.

Data that will be deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account.
- Your cloud-backed XP, training progress, rewards and preferences.
- Your notification device registrations.
- Your identifiable weekly league entries retained by Brain Gym.
What happens next
Support may ask you to confirm ownership of the account. Once verified, the account and associated Brain Gym data will be deleted. Data may only be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
